Shipping & Returns Policy
We offer $10.00 flat rate Express Shipping for all orders in Australia.
At High on Luxe we use Australia Post for shipping of all orders.
Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours of placement. This excludes weekends, public holidays (please allow an extra 1-2 days) and pre-order items (please see below for more specific details).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from High On Luxe. From the time of dispatch you should expect your item within 1-5 business days. If you have not received your item within this time frame please contact us [insert email] and we will assist you in tracking your order.
Australia Express post delivers straight to your doorstep. If you are not home to accept the package a calling card will be left for you to collect package from an allocated post office (please check calling card for these details).
For all pre-orders we can only supply you with an estimated expected delivery date which would be provided to High on Luxe from the manufacturer.
If, for some reason, there is a change in this estimated expected delivery date you will be notified via email.
At the time of purchase your PayPal account will be charged for the pre-ordered item.
If, for any reason, we are unable to fulfill your order due inventory or manufacturing error we will cancel your order and refund you the entire purchase amount.
All pre-orders will be dispatched via Australia Express Post. Once dispatched, you will be notified by email of shipping details.
Please note: We take no responsibility, nor are we legally responsible for lost or damaged items in transit to you. Once parcels are posted they become the property of Australia Post/International shipping companies. If your package is delivered to you with visible damage or appears to have been opened/tampered in any way, please ensure that this is noted with the Australia Post/International postal representative upon delivery.
Please ensure you have correctly entered your delivery address to avoid it being returned to us as undeliverable. Further shipping costs will be incurred to have the package resent to you.
Returns and Exchanges
At High on Luxe, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases and understand the risks of buying activewear online without trying it on. We want you to feel happy, comfortable and confident in your new gear and to achieve this we offer a 7 day return policy.
This applies to all full-priced items provided the original tags are attached, the items are returned in original unworn condition and the tax invoice can be produced. We do not offer returns on sale items.
Please note: We cannot offer a refund on sale items or items purchased using a discount code (unless faulty, wrongly described or not of merchandisable quality).
To return/exchange: Provided the item has not been worn, washed, altered, damaged or stained/marked (make-up included) in any way and still has original tags attached, and not an item purchased on sale or with a discount code, you may return it for a full refund or store credit, minus shipping costs.
All garments are subject to inspection on return.
All shipping charges relating to the return are the responsibility of the customer.
